Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. Generally speaking, yes, the hitch from a 2010 Dodge 2500 would also fit a 2007 Dodge 2500, but I would need to know exactly what hitch you have in order to absolutely confirm this. For example, the Curt Class 5 Hitch # C15809 will fit the Ram 2500 from 2003-2014. If you can tell me the model number of your hitch I can tell you exactly what vehicles it will fit.
