Question:
I own a Yakima Baseline Roof Rack w/Jet Stream Crossbars. It was originally on our 2017 Toyota Corolla. Have a 2025 Toyota Camry we would like to transfer rack to. I would like to confirm what I need to do to replace to make the transfer this roof rack. From what I looked up on your site I need Part 8006163 Base Clip and pads 163 B84-2. The 2017 Corolla had differing number clips and pads attached to front and rear towers. It appears that the 2025 Camery uses the same numbered clips and pads on both front and rear. Is that correct? Just want to verify that I need four on the same numbered clips and pads for front and back tower crossbars Thank you in advance for your help. Regards, Patrick Molitor

Hello Patrick.
Congrats on the new 2025 Toyota Camry! When I compare the kits I see that it uses the same crossbars # Y00425, and towers # Y28TR. Yes, the base clips and pads are going to be different. The Corolla required different ones for the front and the rear, and the new Camry will use the same part number for the front and rear. You will need to order (2) sets of the BaseClip Fit Kit for Yakima BaseLine Roof Rack Towers - Qty 2 # Y06163.
