Distance Between Mounting Holes on SmartPlug RV Power Inlet

Question:

I want to replace my Furion 30 amp 125 volt inlet with the SmartPlug RV Power Inlet - 30 Amp - Black. My question is what are the distances between the screw holes, L-R and U-D. I want to be sure they match the holes in the van wall so thats its an easy remove and replace task.

Hi Michael; the distance between all of the SmartPlug RV Power Inlet # SM67FR mounting holes is 2.44" on center. I went ahead and attached the mounting hole template below for your reference.

Hey Michael, did the SmartPlug RV Power Inlet line up with the existing holes on your van wall? Knowing how the fit turned out could help others planning the same swap.

@RobinH No it did not. It was however an easy fix to simply expand the existing opening to accommodate the new inlet plug. A Dremel tool, or something similar, works well. The inlet screw holes did match up nicely, it was just the opening on the van wall.
