Hello Byron,
Great question! Both the Yeti 1000 and Jackery 1000 portable power stations have 12V car ports rated at 10 amps, meaning they can supply up to 120 watts (12V x 10A) of power. However, the Everchill RV Mini Fridge # EV46RR requires 12 amps at 12 volts, equating to 144 watts (12V x 12A). Because this exceeds the maximum output of the power stations' 12V ports, they would not be able to handle the refrigerator’s power draw directly.
Instead you will want to use a power station like the Goal Zero Yeti 1500X Lithium Portable Power Station - 120V # GZ64FR. ?The Goal Zero Yeti 1500X Portable Power Station features a regulated 12V car port capable of supplying up to 13 amps, with a maximum power output of 160 watts (12V x 13A).

I apologize for previous email. I thought this was a 1-1 conversation with customer service. I looked more closely at the specs for the Jackery 2000 Plus and now realize it does NOT provide the 12v/12a required by the Everchill
