What is the proper way to connect this refrigerator to a 12v Power Station, such as a Yeti 1000 or Jackery 1000? Is it possible to plug it into the car charger portinch on these power stations?

Because this exceeds the maximum output of the power stations' 12V ports, they would not be able to handle the refrigerator’s power draw directly.

I apologize for previous email. I thought this was a 1-1 conversation with customer service. I looked more closely at the specs for the Jackery 2000 Plus and now realize it does NOT provide the 12v/12a required by the Everchill

@KateF - To make connection between Yeti 1500 and Everchill, should I plug one end of a car charger into the car charger port of the Yeti, then snip off the other end of the car charger and wire it to the Everchill? I see two other ports in the 12v output area of the Yeti - can they be used to connect to the Everchill?

@Byron Byron, To connect the Everchill 4.5 cu. ft. 12V RV Mini Refrigerator # EV96RR to your Goal Zero Yeti 1500, the best method is using the 12V Anderson Powerpole output. You'll need an Anderson Powerpole to bare wire adapter (google that part and you will find it) to connect the fridge’s red (positive) and black (negative) wires to the corresponding terminals on the adapter. Then, plug it into the Yeti’s Anderson Powerpole port and enable the 12V output on the Yeti for direct, efficient power.

Hey Chip, According to my research, the 4.5 Cu Ft Everchill RV Mini Fridge #EV46RR is rated for 3.8 Amps running, 0.2 Amps for Stand-By, and the Defrost Amp draw is 9.7 Amps. Hopefully this helps out! Let me know if you have any other questions!
