Why is My Curt Echo Brake Controller Not Staying in the 7 Way Connector?

Question:
My trailer wont stay plugged to My 2020 Jeep Gladiator! Its a new Curt Bluetooth Brake Controller! This is a safety issue!

Hello Brad.
I agree with you, that is definitely a safety issue. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure that the Echo is in the 7 way all the way, when the cover door goes down it should grab hold onto the "latch" on the Curt Echo # C51180 (I have included an image where I circled the latch I am referring to). Also, I would inspect the spring in the 7-way cover, if your spring is bad or stretched it could cause this issue as well.
