Hello Robert, thanks for reaching out. We do have some potential options for you, but it doesn't look like we have a wheel stud that is an exact match for your specs.

The closest option looks to be the Replacement Trailer Hub Wheel Stud # 165981. This is 1.5" long from the bottom of the head to the end of the stud and it is the 1/2-20 thread. This one has a knurl diameter of 0.62" so just a hair larger in diameter and slightly longer than what you have now. We do not have any 1/2" 20 studs with a .58" knurl diameter so this would be the best option. From there the next closest thing would be the Kodiak Wheel Bolt # K12WB169 which is 1-11/16" long and has a .54" knurl diameter. Since these are drive-in studs, going larger on the knurl would be better than going smaller.

Hey Robert, how did the replacement wheel stud work out on your Highlander catamaran trailer? It would be great to know if the slightly larger knurl size gave you a solid fit. Your update could make it easier for others with older trailers to find the right match.
