Can I install it myself, I have a fifth wheel Alpine 2012 that I bought at Pleasureland in St. Cloud Mnit had a fireplace model BLT9992

Hello Diane.
Yes, the fireplaces are pretty simple to install. I am not finding a fireplace with model number BLT9992, I would double check and see if the full model number is BLT-999A-2. If that is the case the Greystone Electric RV Fireplace with Crystals - 26" Wide - Recessed Mount - Black # 324-000068 would be more of a direct replacement going off of the dimensions. The # 324-000068 requires a cutout of 26-1/4" wide x 20-1/2" tall x 5-3/8" deep, and the overall dimensions are 28-3/8" wide x 21-3/8" tall x 5 1-2" deep. The unit plugs into a wall outlet, and then you would need to secure it to the wall. The mounting holes are 27-3/4" across, 15-7/8" up and down.

Hi Diane, how did things go with the Greystone electric fireplace in your Alpine fifth wheel? Did the fit and mounting line up with the dimensions we shared? Your update could make it easier for the next person replacing a similar unit.
