Is There Way to Use B and W Companion Hitch In OEM Rail Kit of 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500

I just recently purchased a RVK3500 Companion 5th Wheel Hitch for my 2015 F250 and it works great. Now I am looking at purchasing a 2019 Chevy 3500 but it looks like the Gooseneck post is round instead of square. Is there anyway to switch out the post instead of buying a whole new hitch?

Hey Dennis, there isn't a way to use your current Companion hitch with the OEM pucks of your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500. Only solution will be to go with the Companion hitch that is designed to fit your truck with the part # BWRVK3700.

I have purchased the 2019 Chevy 3500 an noticed that it does not have any OEM pucks installed, just the Gooseneck hitch. What would be my options to add a 5th wheel hitch without the pucks because it does not look like the # BWRVK3700 would work?
