Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out. There is one 5th wheel adapter that will work with the Curt Overbed Folding Ball Gooseneck # C61332-52. It is the Demco Recon Gooseneck-to-5th Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter # DM8550045. This will attach directly to the gooseneck ball and will give you a 21K rated 5th wheel hitch in the bed. The picture below shows a good example of what that will look like
