Hello Glenn, thanks for reaching out. The Replacement Battery Charger # TV27FR you mentioned is made only for the Trailer Valet RVR9 remote-controlled trailer dolly # TVRVR9. We do not carry the Tow Tuff trailer dolly so we do not have any information on cross compatibility. I do suggest that you use a charger that is made specifically for your tow dolly since there is no guarantee the # TV27FR will work at all or will charge your dolly at the correct rate.
