Do you have the GM MultiPro Tailgate hitch in the 3 inch?

Hi John; the B&W Tow & Stow models compatible with the MultiPro is only available with a 2-1/2" shank. What you can do is use the B&W Hitch Receiver Reducer Sleeve # BWRHXA2183 which will allow you to use the 2-1/2" shank with the 3" receiver. Also, this won't reduce the capacity of your hitch. Then you can choose from one of the ball mounts below:
-B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate - 2.5" Hitch - 18K # BWTS20066BMP
-B&W Tow & Stow 3-Ball Mount - Compatible with GM MultiPro Tailgate - 2.5" Hitch - 18K # BWTS20067BMP
To keep everything secure you can use the # IR57FR for the hitch balls and then # 34061073-D for the hitch pin.
