Hello Manuel, thanks for reaching out. The short answer is, yes, the Longview Custom Towing Mirrors # LVT-3100C will indeed fit your 2009 Ram 1500 Laramie with chrome mirrors.
As for the long answer, when these mirrors were first released, the manufacturer originally stated they would NOT work with the chrome mirrors. Over the last few years we have had a bunch of our own customers actually order these and confirm that they do in fact fit the chrome mirrors. The picture below was sent in by a customer who installed them on a 2103 Ram 1500 with chrome mirrors, and as you can see, they fit great.
