Replacement Circuit Board For A MaxxAir RV Roof Vent 4751K

Question:
I have an Outdoor Timer Ridge RV 2019. The fan in the bathroom wont shut off. My vent fan is a Maxxfan pluse and the circuit board is a 4751K and I want to know if the 4751KS will work? Not sure what the S stands for? The 4750KS is the only circuit board I see on your website. I am going to replace the key wall control but also want to have the circuit board in case that is the issue.
