How to Determine Replacement Hubs For Keystone Outback Trailer

Question:

Hello, I need brakes and hubs for my 2012 Keystone Outback 210RS. I am being told by a repair shop that the 6 bolt hubs for my camper are discontinued and that I will need to either replace the axles or go to a 5 bolt hub... That seems odd. Do you carry the parts for this? I need brakes and hubs. Thanks!

Hey Tyler, I couldn't tell you for sure if we have parts for your 2012 Keystone Outback 210RS because we don't have any way of knowing what hubs are on your trailer specifically. There are a couple options here, so to (possibly) find the correct hubs you will need to take apart your current hub assembly and look at the bearings themselves; wipe away the grease and you should be able to see the part number stamped directly on them.

If you are unable to find them, you need to use a digital caliper and measure your spindle where the bearings ride, like in the diagram I added below.

So for example, since you have a 6-bolt hub, if it had inner bearing L68149 (1.378" inner diameter) and outer bearing L44649 (1.063" inner diameter) you could use Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-655-35-K.

I have added a link below to our entire selection of hubs for you which you can filter through when you find this info, or you can let me know what you have and I can see if we have options for a replacement. Another thing you can do is let me know the model number of the hub and I can see if we have something that'll work as a replacement.
