Hi Phil; the Roadmaster 1167-1 was a crossbar-style base plate kit. You will need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars # 910021-00 to connect to a Roadmaster tow bar like the Falcon 2 # RM-520. If you don't already have them, you will also need safety cables, wiring, and a supplemental brake system. I recommend the following:

-RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643

-Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267

-Demco Stay-IN-Play Duo Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Hydraulic Brakes # SM99251

or

-Demco Air Force One Flat Tow Brake System for RVs w/ Air Brakes # SM99243

-Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-88400

You may also need a high-low adapter to keep your setup level. I attached a help article below which explains how to measure and includes a link to all of our available adapters for your reference.

Hey Phil, how did things go getting the Falcon 2 tow bar and crossbar assembly set up with your Wrangler’s base plate? Your update could make it easier for others working with the same Roadmaster setup.
