Question:

Hello, I was wondering if this product can be used on other awnings, than just the slim shady awning? 8880736 Is there an adapter that can be used to allow this device to be used with say a CVT Pioneer awning for example? I discovered that the CVT would not work with this mount, but I would really like to use the mounts with the 99 CVT Pioneer awning. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Hi Mike; we have confirmation that the # 8880736 will fit Roam awnings but it hasn't been tested on a 99 CVT Pioneer so I can't guarantee it will fit. There is no adapter unless you want to have one custom fabricated.

I attached a diagram below which shows the spacing so if that lines up with your awning it will likely work. You might try asking CVT if they have heard of anyone using this for their awning. You would also need the # 8880737 to mount it on the crossbars.
