Hey Tim, for your 2013 Ford F-250 with the long 8' bed you can use the Thule TracRac SR Sliding Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH43003XT-010.
This ladder rack has a 1,250 lb capacity, has 69 1/2" long crossbars, and has a simple no drill install using the stake pockets in the truck bed.
