I have a 2019 Lexus rx 450 hl and I’d like to confirm which model to buy. On Reddit the rx 350l is supposedly compatible to the 450hl. The l means longer like 12” extended.

Hello Josh, thanks for reaching out. Sadly, there are not any custom fit hitch option for the 2019 Lexus RX 450h L. In order to put a hitch on your Lexus you would need to have a shop fabricate the Curt Weld-On # E-9 receiver to fit your vehicle.
We do offer a wiring harness that can be used on your vehicle, the Tekonsha ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT.
