Question:

Is the entire latch assembly for this key available for purchase? I have a Honda roof box with the latch broken and it looks just like this.

According to my research, and based on what you said, it seems like the Honda OEM roof boxes are made by Thule. The key latch is not available unfortunately, but if you just need to replace the key and lock core, you can do that. It appears that your lock core code is N036 which would mean you can use the following parts:
- Replacement Key for Thule Racks and Carriers - N036 # THKEYN036
- Replacement Lock Cylinder N036 # THLOCKN036
- Universal Change Key for New Thule Locks # TH42BJ

If you do need the latch due to it being broken, you could try reaching out to Honda but you may end up needing a new box all together.
