Can you please confirm if this 3inch ball, rated 40K, will fit in the factory OEM hole in the bed, installed by Ford on the 2017 F350 dually? Thanks!

The B&W Gooseneck Hitch Ball # BWGNXA2025 you're looking at has a square shank designed for the B&W Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1116, so we'll need to get a different one to fit the circular OEM gooseneck hitch ball opening on your 2017 Ford F-350 Super Duty.
For your application I recommend picking up the Reese Elite Series Pop-In Ball Kit # RP30137 instead. This has the release latch on the top of the hitch ball for easy operation and it comes with safety chain anchors as well so you'll be all set to start gooseneck towing.
