Hi Jay,

To get your 2006 Chevy Express 3500 set up with a 7-way there's just a couple parts you will need:

- T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 55540

- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7

You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, and rest of the hardware needed for installation.

Hey Jay, how did the wiring setup go on your Chevy Express using the 4-flat and ETBC7 kit? Your update could make it easier for the next person adding a 7-way to their van.

@JamesonC I ended up just having a company wire everything because it made sense time wise for me.
