Will the Bak 4 and Thule sliding lumbar rack system work for a 2018 Toyota crew max Tundra with the 5’7” bed, and if so which rail system do you need and what are the part numbers I would need to order everything needed?

Hey Stewart, we have what you are looking for. The correct Bak Revolver X4s is the part # BAK46ZR for your 2018 Toyota Tundra 5.5 foot bed and then the correct TracRac SR ladder rack is the part # TH97RV. With just those two part numbers you'd have everything you'd need.
