Hi Deborah,
Yes, the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24931 is confirmed to fit the Sport models of the 2020 Infiniti Q50. It has a 1-1/4" receiver tube opening and a 2,000lb GTW / 200lb TW. You'll want to verify your Q50's Towing capacity as well and go with whichever is lower. I've attached a short video below where Rob will walk you through the installation process.
If you plan on towing a trailer you'll need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C56248 as well. This comes with plug-in connectors that will tee into your factory tail light wiring for a quick and easy installation.
