Where Should Lower Arm of Thule OutWay Trunk Rack # TH56BV be positioned on 2013 Kia Soul

Question:
I was able to install the Thule th56bv 3-Bike Carrier on my 2013 Kia Soul. But feel a little unsure where the bottom of the rack should sit. My 2013 soul has a Black bumper where the license plate goes, then a silver section, then a black section, then another silver section and shelf right under the hatch. I took this last silver section be the top tier of the bumper. I've sent a picture for you to verify I am doing this correctly. Thanks

The lower arm of the Thule OutWay Trunk Rack part # TH56BV needs to basically be sitting on top of the bumper of your 2013 Kia Soul so that it provides vertical support for the rack. Right now its on the outside of the bumper and needs to be moved up higher till its on top of the bumper.
