I bought a hanging hitch etrailer bike rake from you guys about 1.5 years ago and I cant find it to get replacment parts.

Hello Chris. I looked up your order and saw that you ordered the etrailer Bike Rack for 4 Bikes # e98913 from us back in early 2023. Sadly, this rack has been discontinued and is no longer available. If you can let me know what parts you are looking for, we may yet have an option depending on what you need. With the rack being discontinued parts may be hard to come by though. Let me know what you need, and I am happy to look into it.
