on a 42inch super truss, where is it measured 42inch from and to? hole to hole? end to end, etc. could you just send a drawing?

The TorkLift SuperTruss Hitch Extension for SuperHitch Trailer Hitch Receivers # TLE1542 measure 42" from the center of on hitch pin hole to the center of the other hitch pin hole.
