Replacement RV Steps

Question:

My electric steps strutsinch bent because the RV was moved when the step was down. Now the unit only retracts part way. Is it possible to replace just the steps that attach to the box containing the motor and not the entire unit? Ron Rice

Hey Ron! We have quite a few replacement options for RV steps and step components. If you could comment below with a part number off of yours I would be happy to check out what options we have. If you can't find a part number the manufacturer and the width can be used to narrow down some choices as well.

The Lippert Electric Tread Lite Step for RVs item # LC353543 you were looking at does not have an option to replace just the steps.

Hi Jerred, Thanks for your response. The are 2 steps 30" wide and a little under 11" deep - only the steps frame is affected not any of the electric parts or other parts. Hope this helps. Ron

@RonR Thanks for the dimensions Ron! The only replacement steps we have that are 30" wide are the Replacement Step Frame for Kwikee RV Electric Steps item # LC3722864. These only fit a Kwikee 34 Series so you'll need to verify this is the kind of step you have. If this isn't what you have then the Lippert Electric Tread Lite Step for RVs item # LC353621 would be the only other option we have available. It's the full kit with motor and wiring harness.
