Recommended Replacement 3.5k Axle for a Trailer

Question:

mrng, Have a 3500 axle broken need to buy. The spring holes measure 48 3/8 and around59 face to face. the springs are the bolt hole on one end and down in the other. 4 leaf and 31 inches from bolt hole to end of down. 1/2 bolt. Could u help me with product locate on you website thanks

Hey Trapper, so I took a look at what we have based off of those measurements you provided and it looks like we only carry 2k # e48GR and 2,200 lb axles # T20BTR-EZ-6048 with those measurements.

You could also use the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension # ASR3500S05 which would work the same, but would also require you to swap out both axles.

The axle-less system has a 3.5k capacity, a 4 bolt mounting flange, has built in camber and toe in to reduce wear on your tires, and works independently so what affects one side of your trailer won't affect the other.
