Hello Ray. It looks like you are missing the lock cover and lock core. The correct lock cover for the Thule Force TH626 is the Replacement Key Shield for Thule Rooftop Cargo Boxes # 05771. For the lock cores use the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450200. If there are any other parts you are needing for your cargo box just let me know.
