Question:
Over the weekend I heard a lot of noise from my brakes. I took them apart and the adjuster blew apart and was rattling around in the drum. Question 1, is there any warranty on parts? I just installed over the winter and only used them a few times this season. If not Question 2, what model do I need to buy? I dont see mine listed any loner, pics dont look the same and the numbers are close but not exact. My tag says B12H-51, Axletek 12HFB-GG. I need a replacement quick so I can use trailer for the holiday weekend. Looking for guidance. Thanks

Bryce Thanks but I figured out what I needed, took some digging on your site but I was able to figure it out and place a new order. With that being said I was also able to find the previous order number for the brake that failed. I have no idea how or why it failed, the adjuster simply broke into several pieces. What do I need to do in order to submit for warranty? I installed in the April timeframe and started using it regularly as the boating season started in June. That's only 10 trips or so and needed replaced due to failure. Order #120659393 Placed On: 4/2/24 Ship Status: Delivered Delivery Date: 4/4/24
