Single Axle Hanger Kit for Trailer with 3,500 lb Axle

Question:
I need to verify with Spring Suspension kit i need, My springs are 1-3/4 wide, 31 on center and I believe are 3500 lb springs, the axle is 2-3/8 dia. I believe i need kit APS4, correct?
