I have a 2019 Ram 1500 Crew cab with Yakima HD supports. I want to add a Thule Hullavator. What size crossbar should I order?

Doug, you need at least 28-1/2" of usable crossbar space and make sure you have 4"-8" of overhang from the feet to use the Thule Hullavator # TH898.
So something like the Thule WingBar Evo # TH25KG, with the feet # TH710501 and the fit kit # TH145199 should work great.
