Hey Dennis. We do have a towing mirror option for the 2023 Toyota 4Runner SR5, but the # CM10951 mirror you mentioned is a custom fit mirror for a Chevy/GMC pickup, so these will not fit a 4Runner.
Instead, I recommend the K-Source Universal Towing Mirrors # KS3891-2. These use adjustable ratcheting straps to secure to the factory mirror. They have a 7-3/4" tall x 5-1/8" wide mirror surface so your will definitely have better visibility than with just the OEM mirrors. Since there are no custom fit slip-on mirrors available for your vehicle, this type of universal mirror will be your best bet.
