Good morning. It looks like the Buyers Products Safety Chain Clip # 337SC38B does not have a specific weight rating assigned to it since it is a weld-on piece. It will work with any 3/8" trailer chain, so the weight capacity will be determined by the chain, and not by the chain clip itself. If you were to use it with a 10K rated chain like the Buyers Products 3/8" x 35" Class 4 Trailer Safety Chain # 337B03835SC, then the capacity will be 10K. Or you can use a higher rated 3/8" chain like the Draw-Tite Safety Chain with Clevis Hook # 63451 which is rated for 26,400 lbs.
