What is the measurement from center of pin to the start of the downward curve? I what to use a rock -mud flap that is shank mounted. It requires a 1 3/4 in space between receiver and the ,

Hey Chris that dimension is going to be right at 4 inches on the Curt Ball Mount part # C45459. This is a pretty typical dimension for ball mounts that fit this hitch size and have a 6 inch drop.
