Can I mount the Lock Rack Surfboard carrier onto my wall into the studs of course? I’m looking to lock my boards up in my rental house garage

While it's not intended to be used that way. I'm sure if you can get the LockRack Surfboard Carrier item # LR59FR attached to your wall it would work. You could probably put a screw through the holes where the T-nuts go.
Another option would be to use the Malone SUP Storage Rack item # MPG384 and wrap the etrailer Cable Lock item # e98891 around your boards.
