They are the same length, Chris, but the mounting is different. The RetraxPRO MX # RT80362 is only listed to fit the 2008-2016 Ford F-250s & 350s.

For your '03, you'd need to use the RetraxPRO MX Hard Tonneau Cover # RT80322 instead.

Hey Chris, how did the RetraxPRO MX cover for your 2003 F-250 end up working out? Knowing how the fit turned out could help others with older trucks looking at the same option.
