Question:
I bought a boat with a ez-load trailer with no paperwork for the trailer and I can’t find any numbers on the frame do you know any other places the vin number could be?

You can usually find this anywhere on the frame of the trailer, but most commonly near the coupler. If you can't find anything there then there then I'd suggest getting in contact with your local police to have a new one assigned to you.
