I have a 1999 fleetwood mallard 23 5m. What parts are needed to install the leaf spings on top of the axle tube?

Hey Robert, we can help you pick out the correct axle over-under kit, but we don't know for sure what you'd need. You'll need to measure the diameter of your axles to be certain.
If your axle is 3 inches diameter, the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit, # K71-385-00, would be a great choice and if your axle is 2-3/8 inch diameter you could use the Over-Under Kit, # K71-384-00.
