Replacement Jack for Gen 1 Lippert LevelUp Jack System

Question:
DOES THIS JACK REPLACE A FRONT FIFTH WHEEL JACK AS WELL? I HAVE A LCI LEVEL UP SYSTEM ON MY GRAND DESIGN MOMENTUM TOY HAULER. I CAN FIND NO STICKERS ETC EXCEPT ONE THAT SAYS LCI LEVEL UP THE MOUNTING FRAME ON MINE IS 23inch TALL EXCLUDING THE JACK AND HEAD JUST THE FLAT MOUNTING PORTION.
