Is The Replacement Jack Assembly LC25AF Able To Replace Either Side?

Updated 09/12/2025 | Published 05/16/2025

Question:

Good morning I have a leaking RF passenger side jack leg leaking. Lippert shows 2 replacement part numbers. Etrailer you only show one replacement part number and the picture shows the Rinch on the top. Interestingly enough, my RV has a Linch on the top of the jack and its on the RF passenger side. I would infer that the part is interchangeable and can go on either side? Or am I missing something obvious. Thank you.

Hey Todd,

The replacement jack leg # LC25AF is designed for installation in all jack positions! It has 8 mounting holes on each side of the leg allowing it to be interchangeable with whatever your set up needs.

Do you know if yours is a Gen 1 or Gen 2 model jack? Typically that is identified by a wide T shaped top indicating a Gen 1 model jack.
