Hello Jon. We do offer a hitch for the 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe, but the # C34ER hitch you mentioned is only for the 2021-2023 Santa Fe, so this will not fit a 2019. The correct Curt hitch for the 2019 Santa Fe is the following:
