Hi Cornelius; for air bags that fit your 2008 F-350 Dually and are compatible with an in-bed hitch I recommend the Firestone # F2550. The Firestone air bags have the best construction and are more reliable when compared to the Air Lift # AL57398 you were looking at. These air springs have four layers of reinforced rubber, a braided wire girdle, and use Firestone's rolled crimp seal to keep them securely anchored. They have a load-leveling capacity of 5,000 lbs and come with a limited lifetime warranty.
I also recommend adding an air compressor like the Air Lift # AL25804. This gives you the ability to control the air pressure in the air springs from the cab of your truck no matter where you go. It is a single path system so it will adjust the air bags equally. If you want to be able to adjust the air pressure for each air bag individually you need a dual path system like the # F2178.
