Need to get part number for servo on 12HFN-GG B12H-51 brake assy.

Hello Bob. We do have the Replacement Wheel Cylinder for 10" and 12" Hydraulic Brakes part # AKBRKR-H7-R for right side and part # AKBRKR-H7-L for left side. I was not able to find any references for the part number you provided, but it looks a lot like an Axletek part number. The wheel cylinders I mentioned will work on single-servo brake assemblies from AxleTek, Dexter, Lippert (LCI), IAC, and AL-KO, so as long as yours are one of these brands they will work great.
