Hi Michael; the Curt Echo # C51180 does not have an internal fuse. The light should turn on and begin flashing blue once it is plugged into a 7-way. I can't imagine you don't have 12V power on three different vehicles but it would be worth checking real quick with a circuit tester like # PTW2993 just to be sure.

Since you already checked and everything is clean and not damaged it sounds like an internal failure which will require replacement. The brake controller comes with a limited lifetime warranty so I would reach out to Curt to see if they can get you a new one.

Hey Michael, were you able to reach out to Curt about a replacement for your Echo brake controller? Knowing how they handled the warranty could help others in the same situation.
