Is Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Safe to Use for Towing

Question:
How safe and rugged is the fold away coupler. Is their any worries about the bolts and hinges comming apart when towing. where can I have this instaled. and what stores sell them. I live in Mass.in middle of the state. any help will do. Thank You for your time

The Fulton Fold-Away coupler # FHDPB350101 is rated to tow up to 9,000 lbs. All the parts and mechanics are safe for towing up to that weight. The castings are solid and the hardware is high quality.
