Recommended Hitch Extender

Question:
I have a wolf pup 19 ft travel that weighs 3500 lbs and I need a hitch extended that I can use so that I can put my 13 ft kayak in the back of my truck and pull my travel trailer at the same time.i was looking at the gen y hitch extender.wil this hitch be good? The tongue wieght of the travel trailer is 400lbs.

It will work so long as your tow vehicle has a towing capacity over 7,000 lbs and a tongue weight capacity over 800 lbs. Using any hitch extender like the Gen-Y Hitch item # GY89SR you were looking at cuts your vehicle's towing capacity and tongue weight in half.
