What Is the Difference Between the Replacement Rear Stake Pcoket Insert for Adarac Ladder Racks

Is this product different to part number A70432? I see in the installation video that the 2014 silverado 1500 rear stake pocket needs a clamp with a long bolt and plate that is attached by removing the rear tail light. Is this the part referenced in the video?

The main difference is that the Replacement Rear Stake Pocket Insert for Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack # A90165 is designed to work with 2014-2018 GMC/Chevy 1500s along with the 2015-2019 Chevy/GMC 2500 & 3500s, while # A70432 is going to work with 1999-2013 Chevy/GMC 1500s along with the 2001-2014 GMC/Chevy 2500 & 3500s.
