What replacement toliets would fit my passport ultra lite 195RB camper?

Hey Mike, it really just depends on what the rough-in dimension you have to determine what toilet you'd need. If you have the 10 inch dimension which is pretty standard the # TH59SE would fit and work great or if you have the smaller 8.75 inch you'd need to go with a low profile toilet like the part # DOM24FR.

This dimension is center of the flange to the wall.

I have a Dometic 300 in there now. It has developed a "sewer" smell.

@MikeR the Dometic 300 is pretty notorious for smelling due to seals not working under the bowl. There actually is apparently a recall on it for this very problem. We do have a replacement for the seal that goes bad with the part # DOM63FR though. It's also recommended that you take the toilet apart and use silicone sealant around all of the seals when you put everything back together. But lets say you want to just get rid of what you have and go with a toilet that doesn't have this problem like the 310 part # DOM57FR you'd need to make sure there was at least 10 inches between the center of the mounts that hold the toilet to the ground and the back wall. This will be 1.5 inches more than what the 300 has.
