Can you please tell me if the product, Yakima BaseLine FX Roof Rack for Naked Roofs - JetStream Crossbars - Aluminum - Black - Qty 2 Item Y86FD, is the complete kit that includes the cross bars, and all clips to secure it to the roof. Sometimes parts are sold separately and I want to make sure all parts necessary are included. Thank you.
